3. Delivery Policy
3.1. The moment of accepting the order
After ordering, you will be notified of the status of your order via the email you provided during the ordering process. The order is accepted by the company Health and Fitness System only after we send you a confirmation mail.
3.2. Delivery time
The delivery period of the order (inclusion of the user in the course) is up to 30 working days from the day of the order.
4.3. Delivery delay
In case of delayed delivery, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase, in which case all money will be refunded.
4.4. Delivery price for services and products
Delivery is free. The service is delivered via the internet address.
4.1. Methods of payment
Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards – VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that support payment via Internet. Payment by cards is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and UniCredit Bank Belgrade and is done in a secure and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.
After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved in your account and will not be available for another purpose.
The transaction will be completed and the amount will be deducted from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. In case that the payment is not completed and the amount is not deducted from your account by the expiration of 14 days from the acceptance of your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the money reserved in your account will be released and will be available to you again. You can then repeat the same or a new order.

5. Complaint Policy

The law in the case of distance selling establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a customer (a natural person who buys a product to meet their individual needs, and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. After the expiration of 14 days from the day he sent the withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned. When returning the product, it is obligatory to return them in correct and unused condition and originally undamaged packaging, whereby the original fiscal snippet must be attached. If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer, the refund of the price will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense. The seller is obliged to refund according to the contract if the product was returned by the buyer within 14 days of receival.

6. Purchase instructions
6.1. Instructions for buying on the website – the purchase process
You can order all the items we have shown at our online store https://www.hfs.rs in a very quick and easy way. All you need to do is find the item you want and leave your details, and we will do our best to deliver all the products you ordered within 2-4 working days.
After accessing our site, go to the search for items section. You can use filters to speed up and make your search easier. Using filtering, you can specify for which gender, age, type, size, color or model of the item you want.
When you decide on an item, click on the appropriate item size, and then put it in the basket.
